In 1900, Jacques Kubli founded the confectionery in Paris. There, he made original and delicious recipes brought back from Switzerland.
Based in Essonne since 1974, the confectionery is now managed by Gilles Duault. It produces 500 tonnes of cooked sugar candy. It offers a wide range of boiled, praline, flaky or filled sugar candies, in foil, in sachets or in various formats. 30% of the production is exported to more than 20 countries around the world.
