Joël and Florence Nolleau, who have been established as cereal farmers for more than 25 years, decided to diversify their production in 2015. Since then, they have been growing a variety of crocus on their plots, crocus sativus, whose stigmas produce saffron. They also manufacture many derivative products:
tagliatelle, cookies, mustards, salts, risotto, etc. Participates in La Balade du Terroir event on october 2020.
