A visit to the museum reveals a collection of antiques illustrating ancestral life in the province of Hurepoix. Determined to safeguard their heritage and pass on their knowledge, the residents of Palaiseau played an active role in supplying the museum, thanks to donations of a whole array of artefacts from the past.

Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
