Jérôme Cheneviere, owner of Ferme des Hirondelles, produces his own flour from grains harvested on his farm. Using its stone mill (called the Astrié mill), it offers T80, T110 and T150 soft wheat flour, as well as rye, buckwheat, small spelled and corn flour. and wheat bran. It also produces sunflower and rapeseed oils.
At the store, he sells a variety of breads, but also brioches and cookies. All of its production is labeled organic.
