Eudes and Thibault Coutté have been, since 2016, the fourth generation of farmers on the family farm located in Saint-Escobille. The two brothers want to breathe new life into this grain-based farm.
By taking over the family farm, they want to enhance it by integrating the environmental dimension. To do this, they set up an extension of the rotation (crop rotation) and the sowing of new, more original ones such as sorghum, sunflower, chickpea, lentils, oats and saffron. The farm continues to produce the traditional wheat, barley, rapeseed and peas.
Finally, their investment in a mill allows them to add value directly to the farm, to their production, and thus to diversify their activity. They make flour in this way.

Opening hours on Wednesday and Friday between 3 pm and 8 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm.
