In 2009, François Ochs decided to change his profession and set out to do what he has always loved: making his own beer. He acquires an agricultural hangar to set up his organic craft brewery. In 2011, his son Jean-Baptiste joined him. In 2012, they finally welcome the brewing equipment! After a few months of fine-tuning the recipes, the brewery opens in April 2012.
OX beers have a hoppy character and hints of flowers, spices or fruit. They are top fermentation beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and re-fermented in the bottle. Brewed in the English style in a single temperature range, they have body and are marked by a preponderant hopping. Over time, the OX range has grown: white, blonde, amber, brown, triple, India Pale Ale (IPA), Double IPA, and Brut IPA!

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 5 pm and 7.30 pm. On Friday between 5 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 5 pm and 7 pm.
Closed on Monday.
