The house was established in 1894. This place has been rewarded with its well known cooked pork meats, all home made. This house won many medals for different meals such as: 1st prize for " Papilles d'Or 2008" , French's Champion of the "andouillette de Troyes" in 2008, gold medal for its organic blood sausages in 2014, bronze award for its white truffed sausage in 2014, 2015 and 2016, French's Champion for the country-style pâté in 2016, bronze award for its Paris ham. Its specialties : terrines and white sausage (basic, stuffed sauvage, morels, or with cresson).
